The platform provides direct access to manufactured/registered distributor medicines to large and small healthcare retail businesses, including large pharmacies and remote chemist/PPMVs. Remedial Health uses technology to deliver just-in-time stock and provide financing and a wide selection of inventory to such retail business.

About the Role

This is a full-time on-site job in Fagge A, Kano for an Inventory Associate. The Inventory Associate will be responsible for daily inventory management and control, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Job Description

  • Co-ordinating product movement in and out of the warehouse as scheduled

  • Receive incoming items, logging the items and moving them to their proper location in the warehouse

  • Taking pictures of incoming products and uploading them onto the company’s app

  • Perform checks on current inventory to ensure there is a proper count of stock in the warehouse

  • Generating reports on inventory balance and shortages

  • Perform reconciliation of inventory against invoices sent to customers

Qualifications

  • ND/HND or higher in Business Administration or a related field is preferred

  • 1-3 years’ relevant experience

  • Familiarity with material handling procedures

  • Experience in a retail or warehouse setting is a plus

  • Experience with inventory tracking software and other inventory tools

  • Familiarity with standard operating procedures in a warehouse (safety measures)

  • Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning and Microsoft Office tools
